Question / Help Disconnect/reconnect

Hello
I have current issue. I stream and then at random { can be 5mins, 16mins, 30mins+} and disconnects/reconnects me.
I have done a fresh install of OBS
Restarted my ISP
I have attached
Crash Logs +Logs
( and yes, I have tired Bind IP and Default )

I also have this:

Help. this has been happening for 2-3wks

I dont have any more crash logs. cause I stopped streaming after my 3rd crash today.
these are all the ones I have from today from testing, pretty sure the last one is after I removed The Pluggin.

Still causing issues
I have removed stream elements. this is one of the error codes that has appeared in Event Manager

I have added all the crash logs from streams in the past to which crashed recently ( I havnnt streamed since the last Log cause im so mad/fustrated with thats happening)

Looking for any pointers what what can be causing reconnects/disconnects, I have tried everything in the suggested section regarding disconnects.
+ also refreshed/rebooted my PC ( havnt tried re-installing windows yet, leaving that as last option )
