Hello I recently upgraded to windows 10 and I can now not disable aero Please may I have some help on how to fix it, thanks

Why do you need to disable Aero? I don't believe it can be disabled in Win8+.

Yes, you're on Windows 10. Which is 8+. A Windows version greater than 8.

Still haven't said why you need to disable Aero.

Because when I was on windows 7 and didnt disable Aero it would make my stream laggy and limit the fps and when I had it disabled it was fine and now im on W10 it is doing what it did when I was on W7

That's because from your log, you were (and still are) using Monitor Capture for some reason, which is craptastically terribad and slow under W7, but actually doesn't suck under Win8+. You should probably use a Game or Window capture, as appropriate for what you're trying to grab anyway.
