I downloaded DirectX but i cant still download OBS

Your DirectX installation is most likely corrupt. Try downloading the .zip file and installing OBS yourself, but you may still experience missing file errors.

i do this and a message says : "obs don't install on windows or this file is missing on your computer"

It should mention a file, like d3d_39.dll in the error. Find this file and delete it, then re-install DirectX.

I have the same issue and get this whilst attempting to download Directx like it says I need.

I made the manipulation and it does not still work

i found the a solution : find d3dx10_13.dll folder and delete it on system32 and sysWOW64 , now find a same dll folder on internet and dowload it , copy and place on system32 and sysWOW64
I do this manip and 32 bits of OBS work

Hmm, I would really recommend to fix your directx setup. (Maybe your anti virus is affecting it?) Replacing dll files in your system folder with random dll's downloaded from the internet is not really a recommended process.
