Question / Help Direct video streaming with OBS

Hi all!

I would like to use OBS to direct streaming some lessons on youtube.

I have two question for you:

1. Is it mandatory to use two different source for audio and video?
   Or can I use a IP camera with built-in/plug-in microphone?
   
   
2. Can you suggest me a wide angle IP camera that works with OBS for sure?
