Question / Help Desynchronized and freezing record

I am using a laptop with integrated and dedicated graphic card. I start recording,and it works(with a bit of lag but I works) only a few seconds then the video recording is freezing at the last image captured and obs continue to record only audio. What can I do?

aside from that, you probably need to use either quicksync or a hardware encoder and not x264 or your setting are to high for your CPU. this is just general info til we see your logfile.
