After hour of attempts I've come at an impass... I am using PS4 and elgato HD with windows7 OBS. Trying to sync up gameplay audio/video, webcam, microphone and desktop audio.
I've worked it around two different ways and either have:
Gameplay audio/video and webcam SYNCED, while microphone and desktop audio synced together but not with gamplay A/V and webcam
OR
Webcam, mic, desktop audio and gameplay video SYNCED, but not gameplay audio.
Been trying to go with the 2nd option and tried using advice like this: http://streamersquare.com/elgato-capture-card-2-second-delay-fixed/ where on step 3 he states, "Under the AUDIO area you’ll see AUDIO SYNC OFFSET (milliseconds): type in there (negative fourteen fifty) -1450. This will sync your Elgato’s audio and all other audio and video together." However what is happening is that audio won't play at -1450. I can go to about -700 and still hear the audio, but beyond that it won't play.
