Question / Help Desktop Game Capture Black Screen

I'm really stumped at this point. I'm on a desktop system, not using the integrated graphics (it's even disabled in BIOS), and I can't seem to get CS:GO to game capture, it's just a black screen. My video adapter in settings is my GPU (Radeon 280x), per another thread's advice Razer Synapse is closed, and I went ahead and uninstalled it and it's still not working. Does anybody know any other way to fix it? (Couldn't get log file to upload, here it is: http://pastebin.com/Hc71RtZ9)

For some reason, I cannot view pastbin from here. I would have already taken a look otherwise.

Could you upload your log through the help menu of OBS? It will make a link to github, copy that link and post it here please :D I can check it out sooner than later.

WARNING: Another hook is already present while trying to hook d3d9.dll, hook target is \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\bin\d3d9.dll. If you experience crashes, try disabling the other hooking application

Are you using brodcasting in steam? If so disable it, and in-home streaming while you're at it.
Nope :/

You wouldn't happen to have4 raptr installed? if so uninstall it. Any other stream program uninstall or just make sure its not running. raptr installs with new drivers so it might be ideal to make sure of that one first.

For the time being, you could use window capture with compat mode but that is not fixing the issue, its just a bandaid. you need to find out what program is trying to capture your game as well. It could even be Razer Synapse try uninstalling it as well and see if you are able to capture the CS:GO
