Question / Help Desktop Computer; Win7 64-bit; AMD GPU; "Game Capture" black screen with Dark Souls II

The title pretty much speaks by itself.
I can record my webcam, my desktop, the whole monitor ( in fact I can capture DS2 by capturing the whole monitor, but I just want to capture the game itself), I can capture every sound... just not the game itself. I can also record its sounds, by the way. I tried with both fullscreen and windowed.

The log is attached ( too long).

Have a look at my Speccy, in case it might help, and at my OBS settings.

I'm posting here because I did read alot of guides and previously posts about this issue, watched videos, and such, but all the information is about laptops and/or Nvidia GPUs, and/or they did not help me.

Ask me anything that could help me, this is really annoying and frustrating.

The only time my game capture does not work is when I have OBS running twice. Only one instance will be able to capture then.

Just a wild guess but maybe make sure there's nothing else trying to capture/hook the game.

How are you checking to see if the game capture is capturing correctly?

Are you running OBS as admin?

You only have 1 monitor, right? Presumably the game is up...how are you then checking to make sure OBS is capturing it? Are you alt-tabbing out of the game? Are you watching a recording?

I;
1)Tried to play the game in windowed mode and fullscreen ( alt tabbed); Watched the recorded video. I was sure obs was capturing the game, I checked the Scene more times.
Yes I only have one monitor.
