Question / Help [Desktop] Black Screen while recording 7DTD

Hi, this is my first post here on the forum. Let me thank you for creating OBS, it's really changing my life for the better.

The problem I encountered is that I get sound from the recording of a game called "7 days to die", but the image stays black. I'm not using a laptop.

Every other game I recorded is fine (except of course Dark Souls while using DS fix and I hoped deep in my heart the problem was fixed, because I love the game and using OBS).

Thank you for taking the time to see this post and for being kind to answer it.

Best regards!

One week has passed since I wrote this thread. Does it mean nothing can be done? Is this the wrong forum, perhaps?

I know I'm a new member, but I ask you to please give me some guidance.

Here is the log after I tried to record 7 Days To Die with OBS:

Thank you!
you have 14 game captures in that scene you are using. If I were you, I would delete them all and use one game capture per scene, and setup each scene for each game you want to play.

If it does not show up when you delete all the game captures then double click on that one capture and add in anticheat hook. If that doesn't show up, delete that game capture and build a window capture, if that doesn't work, add in compatibility hook to that window capture. you should be good with one of those.

I'll try all that and will give some feedback soon. Thank you!

Sorry about the double post!

The Anti-Cheat compatibility hooking worked! That was the definite solution after I tried to isolate the game using only one scene.

Thank you very much for your help!
