Desktop audio loops infinitely, have tried many solutions so far

I just recently started to tinker with streaming and using obs studio but I cannot seem to find a way to get rid of my audio looping almost infinitely as the volume lowers a little every loop. I have tried many things and it seems like its not my microphone causing this since I get the same issue when its unplugged.
