Question / Help Desktop audio isnt working

ive tried all the possible inputs but none of them are working. any suggestions?

the audios just not showing up. ive tried every option. It's not muted.

Do the volume levels in the OBS audio mixer move around? Have you tried playing back the file with a program like VLC or MPC-HC?

no they dont move around in the mixer and idk what vlc or mpc-hc are. can you send a link?

Please post a log as requested. If the volume indicators aren't moving then the issue isn't related to the media player you're using.
