Question / Help Delaying PC sound to webcam/obs delay

Hey there guys, I have a question:

I want to delay the sound from my PC (TeamSpeak, music, etc.) to the delay time of my ElGato/Webcam/Microphone, but I don't really know how to do it. I'm pretty sure you guys can help me out here! =)

Its like global audio offset in the advanced or audio tab

It doesn't work for me. It delays the whole audio and everything is out of sync as soon as I set it to 1400ms or whatever it takes to get it on point with the ElGato.

so increase scene buffering to 1400 then you should be setting the global audio to a negative number like -1400
