I am trying to simultaneously record a live event in OBS and then playback that same recording with a 5 minute delay, while continuing to record. I've been reading about instant replay features and instant replay and that doesn't exactly fit my application. This is more like a delayed live playback / DVR type of function. I would think I could use something like the Blackmagic Design UltraStudio 4K Mini for simultaneous input and output, but not seeing anyone else trying this. Anyone know how to get it done?
Im running a an M4 Pro MacBook Pro with 24gb of Ram and I think I will be using an external SSD for storage.
