Question / Help Delay using OBS

Hello OBS community,

I've recently started streaming some games I play for my friends. I've noticed that there's about a 7 seconds delay that I cannot control. I've looked up in the options and i see that there's a delay option however i selected 0 and there's still a delay. Thanks.

It's just part of life on Twitch. There is inherent delay to streaming. You can use the latest test version, which will probably reduce the lag by ~2-3 seconds, but there will always be delay due to how streaming works.
