Question / Help Delay on stream

In my settings, I currently do not have a delay set but my stream to twitch is being delayed. Usually by a good chunk of time, maybe 15 seconds or so. Not sure why this is happening.
 
That's how Twitch has worked ever since their move to HLS many months ago. There is nothing to fix, it's the nature of their service.
