Question / Help Delay on audio on Movie STREAM NETFLIX!

I stream MOVIES and i have a problem i get a delay between the video and audio, (the audio comes out some seconds late) u can see the characters talking and audio coming a seconds later. I have everything configured right i think, NO Delay config in OBS and same with HITBOX. Can someone have an idea what can be?

PD: This don't happen when i STREAM a movie that's in my PC Hard Drive.
