Hi OBS Community, this is my first time posting on here as my problem seemed to get better switching from xSplit.
My problem is, when I am streaming I have a delay on youtube of 1 minute and 30 secs. My PVR has a delay of 3 seconds so altogether 1 Minute and 27 seconds. When I watch other streams they have there streams realtime such as syndicate who puts his twitter in the stream and you tweet it and you come up with no delay. I am starting to wonder if this is a youtube partner problem as different partners have different delays or something but its annoying as If I ask a question on the stream, I have to wait 1:27 for a reply.
