Question / Help Delay issues With mic

I have hunted these forums and have found no help so i will ask. I am streaming on twitch using OBS and Elgato and my Astros as my mic to my chat i cant get the delay to work were my voice matches with my stream i have used setting audio mic sync to no avail...... any suggestions
