Question / Help Delay in stream help please

I am going to do my first live stream ever tomorrow so I started to testing it today and the audio is good but my friend helping me said that in the game footage my mouse movement was delayed by six seconds or so, and I have no clue on how to get rid of this delay so that when I move my mouse on my screen it moves at the same time on the viewers screen. Please help any thing that you can tell me at all will be very much appreciated.

You will always have a delay between what you do and what your viewers will see.

There is no way to get zero delay in this case.
