Question / Help Delay Audio/Video

Hey there, today I was streaming with OBS the game FIFA 16.
The watchers told me they heard me scream for a goal..before I really made the goal, 3 seconds later they saw the goal.
You know what I mean? How can I synchronize those 2 ? And they hear a echo/ double sound how can I fix that ?
I've got my webcam sound on, the game monitor makes sound but that's it.

Your Elgato has an inherent delay between what happens on your console and when it shows up on your PC. That's just the way the device works. Your webcam and mic however don't have this delay, and so what you do and say show up first. The solution is to delay the webcam and mic so that they sync up with the Elgato.

You can delay the webcam by opening its source properties and setting a buffering time in ms.
You can delay the mic under Settings > Audio > Mic sync offset

Try a value of 1500ms for both and then adjust as necessary. With a little trial and error you should be able to sync things up.
