This is a report of the issue I have faced since 27.13.
You can see the effect here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsadRuyKZI0
This is not a plugin or video but a piece of javascript and HMTL5 which animates in real time.
There are roughly 16 random gameplay clips (mp4s) displayed in 3d at any one time, with text, javascript countdown timers, all being animated in 3D. I have another similar scene with about 32 clips all animated simultaneously and it USED to work fine (not any more).
The background video is a separate OBS media source, underneath the animating browser source.
Previously it worked very smoothly, without issue, but since 27.2 it has become very jerky.
I have updated my somewhat aging 4790k CPU to a 5900X 24 core beast, completely reinstalled everything, not using any plugins and still, the same issue and, if I want to use this scene or others like it, I have to stick with 27.13.
I have already posted at length about this issue but not as a bug report, here: https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...celeration-broken-in-27-2.153519/#post-570555 (see there for OBS logs: these are not from the latest version of OBS but I have just tested that and it has the same issue).
