Bug Report Dedicated Video Adapter not detected

Hello,
Got an Radeon HD 7730 and an i73632 that uses Intel's HD4000, with the latests Catalyst. Setted OBS as Performance GPU but in the video setting it recognizes me only the Intel's one.
How can I resolve this? It seems to be like the Radeon isn't recognized..
I can record programs windowed with Intel, but not when i set it to "high performance" it just records a black srceen with the mouse.
(probably sick of this thread but i coudn't find anwsers to my problem)

OBS can only run on one video card at a time, since it does all scene rendering on the GPU. On a laptop with multiple GPUs you basically have to choose between window capture (running on the Intel) and game capture (running on the dedicated GPU). It is possible that you may be able to capture windows while running on the dedicated GPU by selecting "Compatibility Mode" in the window capture settings, but be aware that it will be slow.

Laptops with AMD/intel switchable laptops currently do not function properly. It sucks, but there's nothing that can be done about it. It has something to do with AMD drivers in this regard -- it's just not possible to use them properly. The only thing you can really do is what paibox recommended with window capture. That definitely does work.

i still cant record my monitor when i use obs with the catalyst set to "high performance" but whquaen i set it to "power saving" i can record it but the quality is kind of bad.. Is there something i can do?

Window capture with 'compatibility mode' checked in its properties is the only way to reliably capture something on amd-switchable laptops. Their drivers just do not really support other types of capture.

bro we got the same laptop I got the solution to this but its eating much of my fps. I still dont know how to activate the quick sync using this laptop
