Decklink Output on M1 Mac Mini has blue tint

I have been using OBS to test a Blackmagic Ultrastudio Monitor 3G and the Decklink Output plugin on a M1 Mac Mini. While the display does come through, it has a blue tint (see image below). I have already replaced the unit and still have the same issue. When testing using the Blackmagic Express software the footage is "clean", but any other application I use to output to the device gives me this issue. I was wondering if anybody else has seen a similar issue.

The setup is: Mac Mini -> Ultrastudio Monitor -> HDMI Out -> HDMI/Cat 6 converter

I know what that is.

I have a Mac Mini m1 too just recently set up our one to 3x screens extended and main monitor for mac mini.

Change it in the Display settings preference. Select that particular monitor to Scale instead of default and change it to 1920x1080 or what ever is highest for that screen.

Good luck.

I just wondered if you found a solution to this, as I have the same issue with a Mac book pro M1, and can't find any solution

Unfortunately not... I've been looking into this with BMD for 2 months and they aren't able to replicate the issue (I even shipped my unit off to them for testing). Doesn't look like there will be a resolution anytime soon. My suggestion would be to send an email off to Blackmagic support so they can see this is a more common issue.

This doesn't work in our case as the BMD is a video output rather than a Display
Try the direct HDMI connection and see if the problem still exists. It looks like you are missing the red channel.
This doesn't fix the issue on multiple displays
