Decklink Mini Monitor 4K - not configurable

Hey hey,

adding "Deckling Mini Monitor 4K" as a Blackmagic Device brings up the correct dialog, but Video Connection, Audio Connection and Mode are not clickable.

Have a look:

The decklink card works perfectly with Premiere, Resolve, YouNameIt.
But is not configurable in OBS and output remains black.
Running OBS with elevated priviliges doesn't do anything.

Interestingly, OBS has no trouble outputting to the same card.

I want to capture the output of this card and stream it. perfectly reasonable, or not?

OK, it really seems that the monitor output needs to be looped back into an ATEM mini or something. Why OBS is showing this card, if nothing can be done with it is unclear.

The Keyer in the Decklink Output doesn't seem to work for this card either - even after setting everything to RGB or BGRA respectively.

Some decklink card can change input to output (switch via blackmagic software), OBS don't recognised mode card (pin outs).
