Question / Help DC/Dropped Frames, have followed Guide 1st

I was doing fine, finally got my settings to where my viewers were getting good quality and frames, then today I just started dropping frames and short DC's constantly. Here's my log.

You might want to try different ingest servers and testing your connection with twitchtest. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester
