Question / Help Dashboard section in settings missing

I am wanting to set up my twitch.tv for streaming but I do not have the dashboard section in my settings.

The dashboard is on twitch.tv, not OBS.

On this set-up guide it has a section in the settings for to connect the dashboard, and i am wondering if it is needed since the video for my game does not appear in my dashboard feed, just my webcam.

The dashboard link no longer exists in recent versions of OBS. It's not necessary for streaming, just choose a Twitch server and put your stream key in the right place.
