Question / Help Darksiders drops FPS to 15-20

For some reason, despite the fact that with my current settings I can stream the likes of Skyrim, etc, at 60fps, when I try to stream Darksiders, it drops to around 15FPS, and stays that way, except when I go back to my desktop, when it then goes back to 60FPS, suggesting it is something to do with the game.

Here is my log: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/e4034ac3b9230a3be899

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

Your window capture or something is causing a lot of lag in drawing. THough that could just be when you're alt-tabbed out of the game, not entirely sure what's going on.

Window capture isn't even selected as a source when I did that.

It's only Darksiders that does this too (well, that and Saints Row 4, but that's a known issue), so I have no idea what is causing it.

Not a clue unfortunately. At this point I've really got to rely on you to do some tests or something to figure out what's affecting what. For example, you've got [x] number of sources in a scene, you'd want to try disabling each source one at a time and seeing what effects what. I just can't really tell on my end what's going on. All I can tell you is that in that particular log file there's a lot of lag, and that it was most likely coming from a window capture. Not sure if it was related to darksiders though, like I said it could have been when you were alt-tabbed.

Darksiders even caused a reduction in FPS to 15-20 when it wasn't being used as a source at all - when I just had my intro screen up, and then started running the game, the FPS dropped from 60 to 15, when the game wasn't even being broadcast or viewed by OBS.

Seems like one of the sources may be causing it. Again I still see window capture in that log file, it seems like it could be a probable cause though I just can't know for sure.
