Question / Help Damn Black Borders.

I googled around before posting here, trust me if I could of found it online instead of registering I would have. Aside from that my stream seems to have a small black border on the bottom of the stream. Adjusted around with settings here and there. I HAVENT tested with other games but minecraft seems to do this, Though when I full screen minecraft (F11 Mode) it goes away. But then I have to turn it off and back on to be able to accept songs and stuff like that. Does anyone know any ideas to fix this? Ill post screenshots below.

Nothing you can do other than f11 since the title bar and taskbar cause the minecraft render area to be less than 1920x1080.
