Cycle to recording on every hour

Anyway to keep recording the source, and recording in different filename on every hour?
e.g.:
File1 - 20210128-2200.mkv - the video length is 1 hour
File2 - 20210128-2300.mkv- the video length is 1 hour
....
FileX - 20210129-0100.mkv- the video length is 1 hour

You could look into the command line controls, and have an OS scheduled task/ script
or what I do, using the limited tools I'm familiar with (Primarily https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/advanced-scene-switcher.395/ ) so not the most efficient, but would work
I'd set a timer to change scenes every hour and cycle through a scene that stops recording, then back to a scene that starts recording. the downside is you'll likely lose a second or two, or ?? of the source with scene switch... so hopefully someone will respond with a better answer for you
