Question / Help Customize stream

Hi , i'm new to OBS and i can't find any answer to my question on the internet . How do i customize my stream like dyrus or someone else [ http://www.twitch.tv/tsm_dyrus / i mean look at that bottom of the screen , that border of the map and others ] .

It's just an image overlay. Create a PNG with alpha transparency that is see-through at the places where you want people to see through and then add it as a source over your game capture. Paint.NET is a pretty good free image editing program.
