What resolution is RuneScape running at? You're trying to stream at 1080p but it doesn't look like the game itself is using that resolution.

i dont know, i cant seem to find out the resolution however no matter what i stream the cursor is still the same

windowed, but i dont think its the game, i tried streaming another game bigger resolution and get the same problem

If it's not a problem with the game's resolution (the game, not OBS) then I'm not sure. Sounds very odd.

What other game did you try? What resolution did it run at?

When you add RuneScape via window capture, look at the sub-region box. What size is listed for it there?

minecraft 1080p, no matter what i stream even its my whole monitor it goes the same
runescape is running at the resolution 764x503

besides your cursor being the only problem ... 1080p@60 with 1k bitrate is not going to do anything especially in minecraft

except if you would record and set your buffer to 0 but thats another story
