Question / Help Curious: Gaming Talk Shows...how they do it?

i enjoy watching these Gaming Talk Shows on Twitch which have multiple webcams as people chat.

How does one create this overlay with multiple webcams for multiple Twitch feeds and real-time chat?

Probably just window capturing skype or something.

Follow-up: Does this window capture of Skype also capture audio or just video?

All desktop audio will be captured by OBS, just make sure you match audio devices in Skype and OBS. Window capture will only capture the video.
