Question / Help CSGO

I recently encountered a problem on CSGO as of today 11/19 where game capture causes the game to freeze (image is frozen but I can hear the mouse rolling over buttons) and OBS only shows a black screen.

Here is the log from a crash that occurred while i was trying to fix it:

Not sure if it'll help but any problems.

PS. I am using a nvidia laptop but my 3d global settings are set to the nvidia dedicated graphics as is OBS and CSGO.

cant you use x264? since your cpu is actually quite decent in that notebook

and the problem might be caused by the fact that you are running sli try disabling sli

I don't believe I am actually running sli as it isn't even an option in the nvidia control panel.
Also, I've been using OBS to stream and i noticed that using Nvidia's encoding gives me much higher quality than x264. The thing is I was using the exact same settings the night before the patch, but right after the patch I was suddenly experiencing this problem.

Razer Synapse was my problem. Just open task manager and end all processes of anything related to razer: "GameScanner" "RazerSynapse", etc.
