Question / Help CSGO super choppy

When streaming, CSGO, my game is super choppy and when I see enemies or even when the maps are doing their things I get up to 10% choke. It doesn't appear to transfer over into the stream but rather just on my screen. FPS drops considerably and CPU gets some good usage but nothing it shouldn't be able to handle. Issues seems to occur whether or not I am using webcam.

My speeds are ping: 13ms, down 57mbps and up 28.86mbps.
CPU: AMD FX-8350 eight core
GPU: GEFROCE GTX760
RAM: 8GB

Not sure what other type of information is needed, but ask and I will respond.

this log is bit larger because I was streaming on it, but I was constantly changing settings, or maybe I wasn't...not sure? But this is a bigger log so might yield more information.

Stop using a slower preset

your fx8 is when its about raw cpu performance, like encoding, comparable to an i5 which pretty much ends at 720p30 on veryfast preset (default preset).

but at least intel does have its neat qsv feature.

so put your preset back to veryfast

keep your webcam in a 480p-720p range (dont use the highest possible webcam resolution)

if you are using window and game capture at all costs i'd suggest turning on aero.

and make sure that you are not using multiple monitor and game captures in the same scene.

With your suggestions, the game was definitely less choppier. Now I am just getting a near constant 5% choke. It will spike to 1 or 15, or it will play at 0 at times. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this? Also, in video I tried to change capture to monitor 1, but it wouldn't apply even after pressing it apply. It would just keep it at 1920x1080, do you think this can still be an issue? Also, I completely removed monitor capture from the scene and threw it on another scene and will only check box when looking to capture monitor. Aero is enabled on main scene.

If you need to know any settings that OBS logs don't show, just let me know.
