Question / Help CSGO Streaming

I'm trying to stream CSGO to twitch in fullscreen using the Game Capture. Every time I start to stream my game either goes black or I see a still image of my game but I can't do anything and it freezes. I've tried putting it into fullscreen windowed but then I have FPS troubles. Any help?

Close Razer Synapse

If you're tabbed out in Fullscreen the game WILL be frozen on the stream application. (OBS in this case).
It's not frozen when you tab in.
