Hey, what's up guys I'm currently starting to stream CSGO and I have been doing some testing streams and it seems to lag. Like what I mean is a part of the stream looks perfect! but then comes this freezing times and lag times and my fps drops too. So I need some help with this.

Video Resolution: 1920x1080
Bitrate: 2000 - Buffer: 1000
FPS: 60
x264 preset: Very fast (I Got NVDIA one but don't know if can fix the problem)

- Hitachi Deskstar 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
- EVGA GeForce GT 750 ti sc Video Card.
