Question / Help CSGO streaming / ping spikes

I'm streaming couple days already without any problems on 3mb upload with 2700 bitrate and I dont have any issues so far (PS3 games with Hauppauge HD PVR2 via OBS). Thing is that when I try to stream CSGO even with 1500 bitrate I'm getting huge lag spikes every 3-4 sec from 50 to 200 without noticing in net_graph. How much bandwith is CSGO using ? Can I somehow limit bandwith separately for OBS/CSGO ?

In Diablo 3/Path of Exiles/Dota 2 everything works fine.

Have you tried using "Minimize network impact" in broadcast settings?

Wow how the hell I missed this option ? Looks better, I dont have spikes with 2000 bitrate. I will do 1800 since Teamspeak should be turned on sometimes and hopefully it will be smooth enough :) Thanks !
