Question / Help CSGO Streaming, meeting system requirements

Hi!!
I was wondering whether my system setup would be able to handle CSGO streaming with optimal OBS settings/medium/low disregarding my down/upload speed for the time being.

Computer specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 3.2GHz
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 290 Gaming 4GB
RAM: 8GB- G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL (2x4GB) DDR3
Not sure if needed:
Motherboard: MSI B85-G43 Gaming Motherboard
Samsung 850 EVO Series 120GB SSD -Though CSGO is installed in an external HD. Would having CSGO on the SSD allow myself to stream at all or not relevant?

Thanks!!

Yep. You should be able to run 720p@30fps just fine with that setup; i5s tend to run out of gas much past that point anyway. Be aware that streaming will lower your in-game FPS. There is no way to avoid this through settings.
Nope, HDD vs SSD will not matter as far as streaming is concerned.

720p@30fps, 2000kbps is the 'golden point' for non-partnered streamers.

Thanks a lot!
I did try recording deathmatch once which did lower my fps a lot in game. I average 150 fps whilst playing how much do you think i would drop to?

No clue. I don't play CS any more. Kind of moved away from the whole franchise after the 1.3->1.4 charlie foxtrot.
