I suddenly started suffering from drag in CSGO while streaming, but not without streaming. It's almost like my monitor hz suddenly drop tremendously and I feel like the screen drags.

we need a log with at least 5 minutes of actual streaming and actual gameplay. your bitrate is to low for that resolution. bitrate has nothing to do with your issue so put it back where it was. 2000? 2500? anyway. rerun the test and post a new log.

try lowering your Webcam Resolution. (also quite odd Resolution anyway)

If you are really on such a limited Upload and cant push to ~2000-2500 then i'd suggest streaming 540p48 with the fast Preset on your CPU.

I was told to get the best webcam quality to set it to max resolution and then shrink it with edit, so that's what i did. I'm sorry I thought my last log was the over hour long stream I had done earlier that day. I'm on college internet..I started to drop frames a lot recently, so I lowered the bitrate. Will post back.

quality vs saturating the USB bandwidth which can cause all sorts of ill effects.

I'm not watching it apart from the preview in OBS, just have the window open with chat like I always have. FRTC was already disabled, I didn't make that change.

if the window is dashboard, close that and use a popout chat instead. dashboard has a small viewer window which even when paused can cause issues.

EDIT: no, RAM unless something seriously overclocked will go down to standard timings but sometimes way below spec.

So any ideas? :(
do you use any launch options with CS:GO? the ones to avoid are -high and -threads.

aside from that, your logfile looks fine. My only other thought it to make sure you are not watching your own stream. chrom while watching a youtube video or twitch video will use up extra CPU which can cause a microstutter during game play, even when it background. best bet would be to use a popout chat.

It got better, felt great and then randomly started performing slightly worse..just not as bad as it was before. I'll get you another log later today as I'm in class right now
