Hey guys, I got some kind of problem when I am streaming csgo. I have i5-760 cpu and radeon r9 280x toxic graphic card. My ingame resolution is 1680x1050. I set OBS to bitrate 2000 kbps since I have 10 Mbps upload and 720p and 30 FPS. When I am ingame, I see in OBS that sometimes i get a red warning in left-down corner : Warning: High Encoding. Everytime I lower the bitrate, but I always get this Warning with lag spike. Can this problem be cause by using 2nd monitor ? Otherwise I have no idea why is this happening. I appreciate every help from you. Thanks

this warning is caused by your cpu lacking the power of encoding the bitrate doesnt do anything

1st gen i5's tend to have problems, or actually the whole 1st gen series, as soon as there are 2 heavy cpu tasks one of them lacks

in your case there are only 2 options downscale further or try using superfast or even ultrafast preset

BUT another problem might be caused by your webcam in certain cases so lower the webcam resolution or actually completly disabling the webcam as a test would be optimal

Also, if you haven't, lower your fps in-game if you have it set to too much. I myself lowered it to fps_max 200. You need to have it "locked" otherwise the game will take to much power from the encoder

The thing is that I normally have around 260 fps in-game. When the stream is on, I have around 180 fps
