Question / Help CsGo: Pings fine but i lag in game while Streaming.

Hi, so i recently wanted to stream CsGo i have a good quality stream. My ping is around 40 or 50. But i lag while in game, switching guns, moving is delayed and so is shooting. I have a 1.9 to 2 upload speed and a 20 down.

My PC specs:
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.00 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB
