Question / Help CSGO Non-Fullscreen Windowed Gameplay Choppy

I uploaded this video to explain my problem. If I don't use Fullscreen Windowed while using Game Capture, it's super choppy and barely watchable. But if I put it in fullscreen windowed it's fluid and perfect.
