I have exactly the same problem as you, but when I use my video capture box ... When I put the box that normally should relieve my CPU , my CPU up to 95% ..
when I do not use the box , my CPU is running at 60%
I do not know of or that can come ..
obs takes me 45% cpu and xsplit 20% ...
