Hi, I have recently started streaming, since I got my new pc. After trying ALOT of obs settings for almost two weeks, I have finally achieved a pretty good quality 720p60fps stream with 2750bitrate using quicksync. Stream is running smoothly, everything is ok on the viewer side. There is a problem for me tho, the game feels so uncomfortable to play when the stream is running, even tho my fps is always over 190, mostly hovering around 220. It feels like the game is running at 100fps instead of 220. I have a 144hz screen.
I have tried several things such as: -Reinstalling the game
Using 30fps or lowering the quality or resolution
Veifying the game cache
Plugging my second monitor into my intel GPU instead of the main one
Locking my fps/using vsync
All my nvidia settings are on low and set for the best performance possible
Unparked my CPU
Tried using Nvidia NVENC or x264.
Updating my GPU drivers.
Monitor capture instead of game capure.
Preview is disabled.
Cant think of anything else.
I am using 32bit OBS, since my webcam does not work on 64bit, but that should not be a problem i suppose ? I could try using 64bit obs but that is not the problem i think. Here are my OBS settings :https://gyazo.com/4c54b3b2270012bb041a59fa39c20135https://gyazo.com/79cd9bd5705e7e619329d28dba7ba516 https://gyazo.com/98fd77149538c13fc1e98cddc866d96b
My PC: Intel i5 4460 MSI GTX970 MSI B85-G43 8GB RAM
The only things that are running while the stream is on are OBS and the CLR plugin, Teamspeak, Steam, and CSGO.
CPU usage never exceeds 75% since I am using quicksync. Internet is through a cable and speeds are 35/35, 3 ping, dont think my internet is the problem. My ingame res is 1024x768 Appreciating any answers.
