Question / Help CSGO and OBS

Hello everyone, you know, i got one problem. When i try streaming CSGO, i get some lag spikes, i dont get lag spikes often, but mabye once every minute or so. The lagspikes are horrible, i get about 10-15 fps. It lasts about 10 seconds, and then i get smooth 60 fps again.

Please help.

I forgot to mention my specs, MSI R9 390, FX-8350, 8gb ddr3 1600mhz.

Frame drops is what I assume you're referencing, and could you also post your launch options, capture method, and game settings?
