Question / Help CS:GO streaming

Can you give me the best setting for CS:GO streaming.I'm using Lenovo G510 Notebook.I've try to stream it with my HS settings but i'm facing fps drop as it's in OBS what should i do.
CPU : Intel core i7 4 cores,2.4 up to 3.4
RAM : 8GB
Video : 2 GB AMD Radeon
