Question / Help CS:GO streaming issue / Need help for better quality

Hello

I don't want to make this post very long and i hope you guys can help me find a solution.

Since i'm kind of new to the streaming world I have some issues with high CPU usage. It shouldn't be so high, since my settings aren't that high and my hardware should run it easily, so i'm gonna come and ask you guys what could the be the best settings to run it.

There are quite a few posts like that around the internet but i none of them works for me for some reason.

The game I'm trying to stream is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and I would like to stream with 1080p @ 60fps if its possible to get the best quality out of it. But since i'm not a twitch partner is it even a good idea or will it start lagging/buffering for my viewers.

My PC stats:
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790k @ 4.0GHz
Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 7
Memory: 8GB
GPU: MSI GTX 770 2GB

If any more stats are required I'll be happy to provide them.

Also what settings i should use ingame for my video to be good and no fps drops.

1080p60 is a bad idea. It's not even really possible to stream it in good quality below 3500kbps, and even if you could, only a small percentage of Twitch's userbase could watch it.

720p30 or 540p60 at 2000-2500kbps are some pretty generally good settings that people can watch.
 
720p 60fps "fast" settings should work for you with a 4GHz i7. In fact, seeing as how you have a K CPU and have not overclocked it yet, you should go OVERCLOCK YOUR UNLOCKED PROCESSOR and make sure you have enough compression on your video.

2500 bitrate and "fast" with your 4.2GHz i7 (because turbo boost) should do just fine for CS:GO.
