Question / Help CS:GO Streaming ; Glitchy animations

Do you have an idea about things I could do to be able to stream without this option?

I get this EXACT problem, I really don't know how to fix this.. it's like stutter lag and when spraying it feels so laggy! it only happens when streaming.
