Question / Help CS:GO Stream - stream settings

My problem is when i stream it sorf of laggs on twitch channel, like it freezes for a couple of seconds and then its working again but i happends every 10 sec. So i wonder if there is anything i can do to make it better?

CPU: Intel i5 3,40GHz
GPU: GTX 660
Memory: 8GB

Current OBS Settings:

Video Resolution: 1280x720
Bitrate: 3372 - Buffer: 3372
CBR and CBR padding
FPS: 60
Filter: Lanczos best detail, 36 sample
x264 preset: Very fast
codec - AAC , bitrate - 128
