Try 1, 3, 5 and 7
OBS right? And Do I have to disable on CS 5 & 7?
Really need to fix smooth gameplay... this must be possible with this setup. Stream is going good only I just gettin annoyed by this fucking smoothness problem. I can see it very good when I move my fast real fast.

Btw should I use

Superfast preset or veryfast?
30/60 fps?
Billinear or lanczos?
Aero on/off?

Upload 10mpbs

bitrate 3000 good enough?

.... Try FORCING OBS to 1, 3, 5 and 7. Ignore 0, 2, 4 and 6. See if it works.
When I do this & restart it, the affinity is back to normal (all threads)...
+ it helped a little bit but not as I wanted...

Any other ideas? :( getting sick of it

Edit: Disbale multi threading optimalisation in obs worked a for like 80% but still not smooth as non streaming, is that possible?

You are never going to feel as smooth while streaming as you do when not streaming. I told you that earlier in this thread. All i did was help you lessen the performance hit.

Ye I understand it for now, but is it possible it helped because I disabled multi threading optimisation?

Code:
encoder thread frame - [cpu time: avg 0.026 ms, total 62.4 ms] [avg calls per frame: 1]
CPU time looks great! I would not mess with core affinity even though some people think it helps. your cores are not the issue imo. Set your affinity back to normal and re-enable multi-core optimizations

Code:
WARNING: Another hook is already present while trying to hook d3d9.dll,
hook target is unknown. If you experience crashes, try disabling the
other hooking application

Uninstall:
GeForce Experience, Razer Synapse, Overwolf, FRAPS, D3DGear, MSI Afterburner, Action! and any other app that would either stream or create a game overlay (aka HAX jk)

Disable:

TeamSpeak/Mumble Overlays for testing

Last but not least, disable in-home streaming and steam's broadcasting from settings. I've seen people accidentally try and stream twice, once with OBS and the other with Broadcast. If you aren't using it at the moment, dont have it enabled.

Code:
PERFORMANCE WARNING: Scene change took 574 ms,
maybe some sources should be global sources?
Lower webcam resolution to no more than 720p (480p would be best!)

Add your webcam to global sources as this will help preload your webcam during scene changes.

Did you try "minimize network impact" option ? That is the key for success in streaming CSGO. Shuttering, weapon lag all kind of stuff..

This would do nearly nothing for his issue as his issue is in-game related.
Ye I already enabled this because I had the weapon lag.

Still I havent found good settings to play cs as smooth or nearly as smooth when im not streaming. I'm getting sick of it.
With these pc setup there must be settings I can play decently and its not improving my gameplay.

Did you happen to take a look at my post above?

I have neither of this programs on my pc GeForce Experience, Razer Synapse, Overwolf, FRAPS, D3DGear, MSI Afterburner, Action!

Teamspeak must be on cause I game always with that.

Inhome streaming & broadcoast disabled.
Added cam to global sources
Lowered to 480p, but this is very low right?
What should I use as preset? I most settings at veryfast but I saw players using medium?

Will report later after testing

Thats not gonna help him neither. I have those "errors" in log every session but no problems so.. It's something else.
mine personally pops up with 3 after I uninstalled some of the above programs; before I had 7 messages like his. those programs DO impace in-game and/or stream performance, but there are often a few left over of unknown origin. I often advise this if I see over 3 for this reason

if you stream at 720p and its only taking up a spot that is 320x200 480 will be plenty. that is mainly you dont need resolution that is greater than your streaming resolution. your webcam could be set to 720, but no more.

You might have to click "edit scene" to the right and see if its on screen anymore. Since resolution was lowered, it might have moved the cam position
